SSE - 2017-07-12 (Week 10)

Typically, I get real in depth with my analysis, but this one will be short and to the point. For anyone who plays a sport or game that requires technique, it's important to keep that technique in check. Unfortunately, I was unable to play to my best due to growing pains and not paying attention. For those of you who are bowling inclined, I have a few key items that I am working on: ball release (axis tilt, speed) and general timing. This week I probably over spun the ball at the release point, causing chaos and inconsistency to ensue. For those who are not bowling inclined, you may know that you should stay behind the ball and follow thru. Well, I didn't do that very well.
